Basket of Flowers

A yellow and cream colour scheme:

I am entering the card into the following challenges:
PINspirational Challenge - Photo Inspiration

Clearly i Stamp - Lift Marianne's Card

Penny's Paper - Dry Embossing

Papertake Weekly - Anything Goes
http://papertakeweekly.blogspot.co.uk/2013/08/anything-goes.html

Here is the card that I lifted:

I used an embossing folder to create the background and also the large pennant.  For the pennant, I rubbed the embossing folder with Distress Ink - Wild Honey.  The large rectangle has also been "distressed" with Wild Honey.  The image is from Clear Dollar Stamps and has been coloured with copic markers Y17, G00, YR00.  The circle has been cut from white cardstock using a Spellbinders die.  The ribbon flower has been coloured with copic marker Y17.  I have also added three white pearls.

  1. It's so much fun to see the design of your own card being cased. I really loved this lifting challenge. I also love that you used the same technique on the embossing folder, except that I rubbed the EF with embossing ink and then heat-embossed with gold embossing powder.
